Am I able to return items? 

At the moment, we do not accept earring returns due to hygiene reasons. But if you are unhappy with your items please contact us. 

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

Every product is checked in quality control when received from the factory, and again before shipping out to customers. If on the odd occasion you receive a faulty item, then we sincerely apologise, please contact us and we will be more than happy to advise how we will proceed.
